WOD: Plyometic Cardio Circuit

Notes - I was in good spirits today while doing this workout, and I did it well. I just need to push harder and stop taking so many breaks.

WOD: Cardio Power & Resistance

Notes - You know those days when you’re just so unmotivated, but you make yourself workout anyway? And then once you start, you get really into it? Today was the opposite. haha. But I did manage to complete the whole video.

WOD: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Notes - Since my core is what I need to work on most, I really appreciate the Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs workouts and put a lot of effort into them. I was feeling slightly lethargic earlier, but after working out, i don’t feel that way anymore.

WOD: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Notes - After about two weeks, I’m finally back to doing my morning runs! Today I made it a little of 7 miles! Later on…just now, actually, I did the Plyo video and, well, you can imagine how tired I am right now. And my legs! How they burn! But it feels good to have gotten so much done! And I stuck to my diet, too! (:

WOD: Cardio Recovery

Notes - I was anticipating this workout for days. lol. It’s tough and it gets my muscles burning, but it’s still nice and relaxing too.


Day 19

WOD: Cardio Power & Resistance

Notes - Hoo boy. Today’s workout was a large contrast from yesterday’s. It was so frustrating getting through it, because, since my nephew is staying in my room, I had to do my workout in my mom’s room at 1 in the morning after I finally got my nephew to sleep. And I had to use her super slow computer which kept causing the video to stop and took forever to buffer each time. And I had to move downstairs to do the power jumps because I didn’t want to wake everyone up. UGH.

WOD: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Notes - This is the first time that I’ve actually done both in the same day, but it wasn’t as exhausting as I thought it would be. Although, I know that tomorrow I’m gonna be so sore.

WOD: Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Notes - I killed today’s workout and it felt sooo good! I’m finally back on track! …well, except for my diet, but I’m working on that…

WOD: Cardio Abs (Since I failed to do it when I was supposed to, I had to make it up today) and the Fit Test

Notes - I like Cardio Abs. It’s quick, easy, and just what I need to tone my tummy! And now that I see how well I did on the fit Test this time, I’m…surprised at the improvement, but also proud!

QOTD: Did you improve from two weeks ago? Did you take two week measurements? And two week “during” photos?

I did improve! But I have yet to take two week “during” measurements or photos…

WOD: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

Notes - So today I was only able to get in half of the workout (pure cardio), so I’ll have to do Cardio Abs tomorrow. I’m so glad that I was able to overcome my apathy and workout today. I guess I’m back in action now. And I did my best today with Pure Cardio. My heart was beating harder than ever before and I sweat a bunch.

I was kicking ass for a while there, but then I got off of schedule. And when I get off of schedule I freak out and act like it’s the end of the world. And it took me a while to pull myself together. I’ll try not to let that happen again. Although if it does, please encourage me to snap out of it. And I’ve checked out the chat room once, but I’ll try to use it more often.

WOD: Cardio Power and Resistance

Notes - Due to a lack in motivation, I didn’t give today’s workout my all. It seems like I always have to do this workout on days when I’m not really up to it… But I worked hard enough to break a good sweat. And next time I’ll just push harder.
