WOD: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Notes - I’ve been feeling like crap all day long, but I went through with the workout anyway and I managed to maintain high intensity almost all of the way, with only a few breaks.

WOD: Pure Cardio
Notes - I’m surprised at how well I did with this one! It was challenging, no doubt, but I pushed through it with less breaks than usual. I can feel my core strengthening (hopefully I’ll get that flat tummy soon) and my breathing is becoming more consistent.
