I guess you could say that I’ve suffered a relapse…but the important thing is that I’m back in action and more determined than ever!

Recently, I had been on a serious mission to try Crossfit. Today, that mission was accomplished. I went to an open house and got the opportunity to demo a workout. Conclusion: It was great! Definitely fitting for me! <3 <3 <3 

WOD: Plyometic Cardio Circuit

Notes - I was in good spirits today while doing this workout, and I did it well. I just need to push harder and stop taking so many breaks.
